To support our growth, we're looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional who can connect with the right audience and drive business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for our product range.
Identify and build relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and dealers.
Handle B2B and B2C inquiries from lead generation to conversion.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations as required.
Manage digital and offline marketing activities, including social media campaigns, exhibitions, and brand promotions.
Maintain and expand client database and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Track performance metrics and report on sales and marketing activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
2-6 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in interior products, furniture, or building materials.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand design and technical aspects of interior products.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for business meetings and events.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
