Job Description

Generate leads through research, outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn), and networking Prepare and present customized proposals, decks, and documentation Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners and clients Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools Support tender applications and grant proposals, if required Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities with existing clients 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi preferred) Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp Share product details, quotations, and company brochures Follow up with potential leads and help close deals Prepare and send

invoices

and payment follow-up reminders to clients Maintain and update client data, payment records, and sales tracking sheets Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth order execution Generate basic reports on leads, conversions, and payment status Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients for repeat business Assist the sales/account manager in day-to-day office operations
