Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Leads Follow-Up and Closure Executive to join our dynamic team at Prabhasa Green Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking, following up, and converting potential solar customers into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities:



Follow up on incoming leads generated via marketing campaigns, field sales, and distributor networks. Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their solar energy needs. Educate potential customers about solar solutions, benefits, and subsidy options. Coordinate with technical and sales teams to provide accurate proposals. Maintain and update CRM records regularly. Ensure timely follow-ups, client nurturing, and closure of deals. Achieve monthly targets for closures and conversions.

Key Skills:



Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply) Good communication and persuasive skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred) Basic knowledge of solar energy or willingness to learn Time management and customer relationship skills Target-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?200,000.00 per year
