Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic

MBA Fresher

to join our

Sales & Marketing team

as a Sales & Marketing Assistant. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in sales, business development, and marketing operations by working closely with senior sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

Assist the sales team in

lead generation and follow-ups

. Maintain and update

customer and lead databases

. Prepare

sales reports, quotations, proposals, and presentations

. Coordinate with clients for meetings, demos, and follow-ups. Support the sales team in achieving

monthly and quarterly targets

Marketing Support

Assist in executing

marketing campaigns and promotional activities

. Support digital marketing efforts such as

email marketing, social media coordination, and basic content posting

. Conduct

market research

and competitor analysis. Help in organizing

events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate between

sales, marketing, and operations teams

. Handle basic

documentation, contracts, and customer records

. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with internal teams and clients.
Skills & Competencies

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in

sales and marketing

Basic knowledge of

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good presentation and negotiation skills Ability to learn quickly and work in a team Target-oriented and proactive approach
Qualification

MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development)

- Fresher Any relevant internship experience is an added advantage
