Role Overview
The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding retail presence, executing marketing initiatives, and strengthening brand visibility for Oray Tea. This role requires a combination of field sales, market research, relationship building, and innovative marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit potential clients including supermarkets, tea shops, general stores, and distributors.
Maintain relationships with existing retail partners and ensure consistent order flow.
Conduct product demos, tastings, and presentations to promote Oray Tea.
Track sales performance and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Marketing Responsibilities
Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activities.
Coordinate with the design team for promotional materials.
Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, brand activations, and content ideas.
Collect customer feedback and market insights for product improvements.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Manage branding visibility such as POS materials, banners, and display setups.
