We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Sales & Marketing Executive
to promote and sell our domestic and international tour packages. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and execute marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to individual and corporate clients.
Identify and develop new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and travel events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, agents, and customers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailor-made itineraries based on client requirements.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and seasonal offers.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth tour execution.
Maintain sales reports, track inquiries, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience
in
sales or marketing within the travel and tourism industry
is
a must
.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of travel destinations and tour packages.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing.
Goal-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
