Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and expand our FMCG product line. The role involves developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving brand visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and retail outlets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and distributors. Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, consumer trends, and new opportunities. Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities. Monitor and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports. Ensure brand visibility and product availability in assigned territories.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Willingness to travel as required. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
