Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and organized Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing sales team in lead generation, client coordination, and marketing activities. The role involves assisting in sales operations, campaign execution, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead databases Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations Coordinate with digital marketing teams for campaign updates and client reports Help in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions Manage CRM data and track sales performance Handle basic client queries and schedule meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads) Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and work in a team

Preferred Skills

Experience in telesales or client servicing Knowledge of CRM tools Social media handling experience
