JOB DESCRIPTION ( SALES & MARKETING)
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and acquire new customers in cosmetics, personal care, skincare, pharma, and FMCG sectors.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Prepare and present sales quotations, product samples, and proposals to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with production, R&D, and design teams.
Handle customer complaints, quality concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up on orders, dispatch schedules, and payments.
Product Knowledge & Market Insights
Understand tube types (laminate tubes, extruded tubes, dropper tubes), closures, caps, and decoration techniques.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new innovations in packaging.
Share customer feedback and market demand insights with internal teams.
5. Internal Coordination
Collaborate with production, QC, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Share accurate forecasts, order plans, and follow-ups with internal departments.
