The Role: Your Impact
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven
Sales and Marketing Assistant
to join our growing team. This is a field-based role that involves
direct, door-to-door engagement
with potential customers. You will be the front-line ambassador for Monitrix, generating leads and securing initial sales for our commercial and residential solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
Door-to-Door Sales & Survey:
Conduct daily door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories (residential areas and commercial zones) to identify potential clients for solar installations.
Lead Generation:
Perform initial surveys and pre-qualification to gather essential information and identify genuine sales opportunities.
Product Promotion:
Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits, cost savings, and environmental advantages of Monitrix's solar solutions.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule follow-up meetings and consultations for senior sales representatives to finalize commercial and large-scale home projects.
Market Feedback:
Collect and report market information, competitive data, and customer feedback to the Marketing and Sales Manager.
Achieve Targets:
Work diligently to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for surveys, lead generation, and initial sales.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, survey data, and sales activities in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
2 years of experience in direct sales, field marketing, door-to-door sales, or promotions is highly preferred. Freshers with a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
Energy & Attitude:
A confident, positive, and resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy levels throughout the day.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in local language and English, Hindi and English.
Solar Interest:
A basic understanding or strong willingness to learn about solar energy, renewable solutions, and the technical aspects of our projects.
Mobility:
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned local territory.
Education:
High School , Diploma/Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
