The ideal candidate should be able to manage B2C (students/parents) and B2B (industries/companies) sales channels efficiently.
Key Responsibilities1. Training Business - Sales & Marketing
Handle inquiries from walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, social media, and website.
Conduct counselling sessions to convert leads into admissions.
Follow up with prospects until successful enrollment.
Promote course offerings through digital platforms.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and college presentations.
Maintain CRM reports and daily activity tracking.
2. Engineering Consulting Business - Sales & Marketing
Identify engineering firms, manufacturing units, startups, and fabrication companies as potential clients.
Pitch consulting services such as design projects, CAD modeling, simulation services, and reverse engineering.
Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
Coordinate with technical team to prepare quotations and proposals.
Maintain relationships with repeat clients and upsell additional services.
Represent Redversity in industry expos, engineering events, and networking meets.
3. Digital Marketing Responsibilities
Manage basic social media posting and promotions.
Coordinate with designers for creatives, ads, and videos.
Monitor lead performance and optimize campaigns.
Plan monthly marketing calendar for both training and consulting arms.
4. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare sales reports, conversion ratios, and pipeline forecasts.
Work closely with the training team and consulting project managers.
Ensure smooth communication between clients/students and technical staff.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong spoken communication in English, Hindi, and local language.
Ability to pitch technical services (training + engineering projects).
Confidence in client meetings and institutional presentations.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach.
Ability to understand engineering requirements (basic technical mindset).
High follow-up discipline and negotiation skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred (Engineering background is a PLUS but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (education or engineering sector preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication are also considered.
Salary Structure
Base Salary:
?10,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience)

Based on admissions + consulting project closures
