Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales/Marketing Executive

to promote and sell pharmaceutical machinery and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in domestic and/or international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new customers in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. Promote and sell pharmaceutical machinery such as tablet presses, capsule fillers, coating machines, granulators, and packaging equipment. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective clients. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market share. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and promote brand awareness. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to tailor solutions based on client requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms. Maintain regular follow-up with clients post-sale for feedback and future business. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical machinery Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process and machinery. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel frequently (domestically or internationally). Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
