ParcelHub is a technology-driven courier aggregator. We help e-commerce sellers and businesses connect with multiple courier partners through a single platform. Our solution simplifies booking, COD reconciliation, reporting, and courier management -- helping clients scale their shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads (e-commerce merchants, SMEs, local businesses) for ParcelHub's aggregator services.
Prospect via cold calling, emails, field visits, networking, and digital channels.
Present ParcelHub's value proposition -- cost-efficient courier rates, COD handling, reporting, and platform benefits -- to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Support marketing initiatives -- digital campaigns, events, brand awareness, collateral.
Track and manage sales pipeline in CRM / Excel.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback; suggest go-to-market strategies.
Prepare and present sales & marketing reports and forecasts to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
1-3 years in sales or marketing, preferably in logistics, courier, or e-commerce (or related B2B sales). (Similar to roles in courier companies)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Commerce or similar.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to hit sales goals.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with a CRM tool.
Self-starter with a high level of motivation and energy.
Willingness to travel (meet clients) as needed.
