Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in chemicals and solvents sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers (manufacturers, traders, distributors, etc.).
Promote company products through effective presentations, negotiations, and technical discussions.
Achieve sales targets and market growth objectives as per company goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide feedback to management.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for order execution and customer satisfaction.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client visits to expand market presence.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business terms
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
2-8 years of experience in chemical/solvent sales & marketing (B2B preferred).
Existing client network in pharma, paints, adhesives, coatings, or related industries is desirable
Willingness to travel.
