Key Responsibilities1. Domestic & International API Sales Support
Assist in
sales activities
for Pharma API products in domestic and international markets.
Support senior sales managers in
customer inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmation
.
Coordinate with domestic distributors and international buyers (Formulation companies, Merchant Exporters).
Maintain and update
customer database
and sales pipeline.
2. Export Documentation & Compliance Support
Prepare and verify

COA, SDS, TDS
Support
Merchant Exporter documentation
(CT1/LUT, third-party documents).
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters.
Assist in

3. Import Documentation Support
(If Applicable)
Assist with
Bill of Entry, Packing Lists, Import Invoices
, and related documents.
Coordinate with CHA or import service providers for smooth clearance.
4. ERP / CRM Pharma Software Usage
Maintain customer and sales order information in
ERP/CRM systems
.
Track sales orders, shipments, and invoices.
Generate reports for senior management using ERP/CRM tools.
5. Export Account & Finance Support
Support senior accounts or sales team for
export payment follow-ups, FIRC/BRC documentation, and outstanding accounts
.
Ensure timely coordination with accounts team for invoices and payment tracking.
6. Market Research & Business Development Assistance
Assist in tracking
global API market trends, competitor pricing, and new business opportunities
.
Maintain records of client communications and potential leads.
Support senior management in
business development initiatives
.

Experience in

Experience Required
Minimum 3-5 years

Pharma API Sales & Marketing

Salary Range
?25,000 - ?60,000 per month
(depending on skills, experience, and export knowledge)
