Sales and Marketing Executive
to join our expanding team.

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting solar products and services, generating leads, and achieving monthly project targets. The role involves frequent travel, client interaction, and coordination with the technical and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
solar power systems
to residential and commercial clients.
Follow up on
company-provided leads
and also
generate and convert your own leads.
Conduct
site visits
and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility and quotations.
Build and maintain
strong customer relationships
to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and submit
weekly sales reports
to management.
Achieve a
minimum of 5 project closures per month.
Requirements:
Male candidates preferred.
Qualification: Any degree
Experience in the Solar industry or Marketing/Sales field is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range:
?18,000 - ?40,000/month (based on experience & performance).
If 5 or more projects closed/month:
Full basic salary + Commission + TA.
If 4 or fewer projects closed:
?18,000 + Commission + TA.
Leads provided by the company
; candidates can also generate and convert their own.
TA/DA as per company policy.
