Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for diamond jewellery and possess excellent sales and data collection skills. This role is crucial for driving sales and gathering market intelligence to support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Collect data on competitors, market conditions, and potential sales opportunities. Compile and report gathered data to the sales manager to inform strategic decisions. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Handle customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Stay updated with product features and benefits, and effectively communicate them to customers. Organize and attend events such as exhibitions and fairs to promote the company's products.

Qualifications:

Any graduate or Post graduation . Excellent communication skills in English Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to gather and analyze market and customer information. Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach. 1 to 2 yearv of expereince in sales or Marketing.
