We are looking for a proactive Sales & Logistics Coordinator to manage order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory tracking, and sales support activities. The role ensures smooth communication between sales, warehouse, transporters, and customers for timely delivery and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sales orders, invoicing, dispatch, and delivery schedules
Liaise with warehouse, transporters, and sales team for smooth operations
Track shipments, delivery status, and resolve logistics issues
Maintain accurate records of orders, stock movement, and billing
Prepare daily / weekly sales and logistics reports
Handle customer queries related to orders and deliveries
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination or logistics operations
Experience in FMCG / distribution environment preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, billing systems, and inventory tracking
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
