Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and courier segment.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and rate cards with clients.
Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients for repeat business and customer retention.
Update and manage CRM records with accurate client and sales data.
Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist in resolving client queries and provide proactive post-sales support.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, logistics coordination, or customer service (preferably in logistics, transport, or courier industry).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
