Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through lead generation tools, databases, and market research.
Initiate and manage outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client details, activity logs, and progress updates.
Collaborate with senior team members to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Attend and represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry seminars to generate leads.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
0-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Resilience to handle rejection professionally with persistence.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
