Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial

Head of Sales & Marketing

to lead our sales strategy, build distribution networks, drive brand growth, and scale domestic and international revenues. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the toy industry deeply and can convert innovative products into commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end

sales, marketing, distribution, and export strategies

for domestic and international toy markets. Build, manage, and lead a

high-performing sales and marketing team

, driving product launches, pricing, positioning, and channel partnerships.
Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience

in Sales & Marketing within the toys or consumer products industry, with proven leadership in distribution and team management.

STRICT REQUIREMENT:

Hands-on

export and international market experience is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh
