Sales & E-Commerce Executive
to join our team and help scale our digital and offline sales channels.
Job Summary:
As a Sales & E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing online product listings, handling B2B and B2C sales, and driving revenue growth across marketplaces and direct platforms. This role combines e-commerce operations, sales strategy, and customer engagement--ideal for someone who understands the pet care or veterinary sector and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings and performance on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Supertails, various pet/vet portals.
Monitor stock levels, order processing, returns, and customer support issues across online channels.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow both online and offline revenue.
Identify and engage with potential clients including veterinary clinics, pet stores, and distributors.
Plan online promotions and digital campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize pricing and positioning.
Prepare sales reports and analyze KPIs to improve performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in sales and/or e-commerce.
Experience with vetrinary product related platforms/ Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Passion for animals or veterinary products is a strong plus.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in veterinary or pharma product sales.
Understanding of veterinary or pet care product regulations and compliance.
