Job Title: Sales & Distribution Manager

Location: Udaipur (Candidates willing to relocate may apply)

Experience Required: 5-8 years in Apparel, or consumer goods sales.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales & Distribution Manager to lead our sales strategy, build and manage strong retail partnerships, and ensure profitability and controlled pricing in the market. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Apparel, FMCG or consumer goods sales with strong retailer connections in Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Build and manage retail partnerships, ensuring healthy margins and profitability.

Drive sales targets, deliveries, and collections effectively.

Ensure retailer satisfaction and maintain controlled pricing in the market.

Analyze market trends and recommend strategic improvements to boost sales and market share.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.

Requirements:

Strong retailer connections, particularly in Rajasthan.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and execution skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Based in Udaipur or willing to relocate


Experience 5 - 8 Years


Salary 7 Lac To 7 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
