A Sales & Dispatch Executive is a dual role that manages both sales-related activities and the logistical side of getting goods to customers. Key responsibilities include managing dispatch schedules, coordinating with drivers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries, while also handling sales lead generation, client communication, and deal negotiation. The role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to balance revenue growth with efficient logistics and supply chain management.

Qualification - Any Graduate
Experience - 1-2 years
Salary - 18,000 ( Depends On Interview )
Sales duties
Generate leads and identify new prospects
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Negotiate and close deals
Generate daily sales reports
Dispatch duties -
Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules for vehicles and drivers
Optimize delivery routes for cost and time efficiency
Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues
Coordinate with warehouse staff for loading and unloading
Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation, such as invoices and challans
Address customer queries related to delivery
Required skills and qualifications -
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Excel and Tally software.
Problem-solving skills to handle logistics and delivery issues
Experience in logistics and/or sales is often preferred
A bachelor's degree may be beneficial for some roles
