Job Title: Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist



Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, managing client relationships, and executing digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities



Sales:



Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and digital channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and proposals. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Digital Marketing:



Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.). Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive qualified leads. Monitor website traffic, social engagement, and conversion metrics using analytics tools. Create and optimize engaging content to attract and retain customers. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales and digital marketing (B2B/B2C preferred). Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills



Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). Creative mindset with strong copywriting and content creation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with lead generation strategies and sales funnels.
