Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Sales and Delivery Staff member at our pet store.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers, assist with product selection, provide information on pet care, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Sales:

Operate the cash register, handle transactions, restock shelves, and maintain product displays.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about pet foods, accessories, and healthcare items to assist customers effectively.

Delivery:

Safely deliver pet products to customers' homes or businesses on time, ensuring orders are accurate and complete.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist in receiving and organizing inventory.

Requirements:

Passion for animals and customer service Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for delivery duties) Good communication and organizational skills Ability to lift moderate weights and work on your feet for extended periods Previous retail or delivery experience is a plus, but not required
