SPICE Manufacturing /Processing

Unit at Parwanoo,(Solan, Himachal Pradesh) with the brand name

MASALA BABU.

We are hiring for a dynamic and passionate

Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Delivery Professional with following details :

Designation :

Sales and Delivery Executive

Location :

Parwanoo, Jabli, kalka,Kasauli , Pinjore, Baddi, Barotiwala, Nalagarh, Solan and Near By.

Experience :

6 Months Plus

Budget : 1.2 Lac Annually to 2.40 Lac Annually Plus fuel Reimbursement (

Two Wheeler) and Incentives.

Industry :

Spices/FMCG/Any

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Responsible for building up and maintaining excellent relationships with

RETAILERS and ensuring

SPICE SALES from them and following

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

of the respective orders.

(2) Responsible for

ORDER GENERATION, TIMELY AND SAFE DELIVERYand achieving

SALES TARGETSfrom

RETAIL

NETWORK/OUTLET ONLY.

(3) Shall be achieving sales targets from the assigned areas like

Parwanoo, Jabli, kalka, Pinjore, Baddi, Barotiwala , Nalagarh ,Dharampur and Solan ETC.

(4)Shall be responsible for business development/new business of

SPICES

and building the brand.

(5) Responsible for

sales cycle like identifying the prospects/leads, following up with them ,meeting them, understanding need/generating need, order generation, payment follow up and post sales relationship.

(6) Shall report the market trends and feedback to management regularly.

Desirables:

- Candidate must have

Two Wheeler

of their own.
- Excellent

geographical knowledge of parwanoo and surrounding areas

- Good communication

(English and Hindi )

, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- practice excellent grooming standards and business etiquette.
