We are seeking a dynamic and communicative Customer Relationship Executive to manage all customer interactions and drive sales. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from inquiry to post-purchase support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries across all channels: Instagram, WhatsApp, Phone, Email, and CRM.
Manage pre-order and post-order support, including order tracking, COD confirmations, and issue resolution.
Convert inquiries into sales, especially for bulk/corporate orders.
Maintain accurate customer records and order details in Excel/Google Sheets.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English
.
Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, etc.) is a plus.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Educational background in Management (BBA/MBA) preferred.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
