We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Sales & Customer Support Executive
to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to handle inbound leads, follow up with potential clients, explain our services clearly, and ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
Explain services/products clearly and confidently to customers.
Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly.
Build long-term customer relationships through trust and communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; regional languages added advantage).
Confident speaking ability and customer-oriented attitude.
Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
