Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective customers and explain product details clearly.
Generate leads
and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with potential customers to
close deals
effectively.
Maintain and update
customer records
in CRM systems.
Handle objections and concerns
professionally
to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve
monthly sales targets
and contribute to team performance.
Provide
after-sales support
and assist with basic customer queries.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent
communication skills
in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred).
Strong
persuasive and negotiation
abilities.
Basic
computer knowledge
; CRM experience is an advantage.
Target-driven
with a positive and confident approach.
Prior experience in
BPO, telecalling, or sales
preferred but not mandatory.
