Job Responsibilities (50% Sales | 50% Customer Support):

Promote and explain HDFC banking products to customers over call or in person. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Follow up with clients for documentation and service-related support. Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred). Average English communication skills are acceptable. Fresher or experienced candidates can apply. Must be confident, disciplined, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
