Key Responsibilities:

Understand and explain various healthcare insurance and education offerings to prospective clients. Engage with clients through calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings to understand their needs and guide them effectively. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups. Convert inquiries into enrolments or sales through persuasive and informed communication. Stay updated with industry trends in healthcare and education.

1-3 years in any of the following domains: Healthcare insurance Education counselling Sales (especially in insurance or healthcare)

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of healthcare and insurance products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sharp presence of mind and thoughtful word choice Proven ability to handle client objections and convert leads
