The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional service to walk-in customers, handling gold purchases, and assisting with marketing activities to promote the branch's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Gold Handling:
Attend to walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Purchase old gold from customers and assess the purity of gold accurately.
Marketing Activities:
Handle branch-specific marketing efforts, including strategies such as umbrella marketing.
Occasionally travel for marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Product Knowledge & Sales:
Promote and sell a variety of gold and silver products, including:
Gold: Coins, jewelry, biscuits.
Silver: Coins, jewelry, biscuits.
Digital Wallet: Support corporate gifting solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
Represent the brand confidently and professionally.
Maintain a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Required Skills:
Fluency in Regional Language (Tamil): Essential for effective communication with customers.
Confident & Presentable: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Willingness to Travel: Flexibility for occasional marketing activities outside the branch.
