We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to manage end-to-end customer interactions, handle post-sales operations, ensure timely payments, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience working with real estate projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and address queries promptly.
Provide regular project updates and ensure a smooth customer journey until possession.
Post-Sales Coordination
Handle documentation, agreement drafting, and coordination with legal teams.
Assist clients with registration, loan processing, NOCs, and possession formalities.
Manage allotment letters, payment receipts, and required documents.
Payment Follow-ups & Tracking
Coordinate with customers on due payments as per the payment schedule.
Send reminders, maintain payment records, and ensure timely collection.
Work closely with the accounts team to track outstanding amounts.
Internal Coordination
Work with sales, accounts, technical, and facility teams for customer issues.
Assist in resolving escalations related to project specifications, timelines, or documentation.
Customer Experience
Maintain the CRM database and update customer interactions regularly.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and handover processes.
Support for events, possession ceremonies, and customer satisfaction surveys.
