Provide technical troubleshooting and support over the phone.
Understand customer needs, offer solutions, and close sales when required.
Deliver a great customer experience, even with challenging callers.
Document interactions accurately in internal systems.
Meet targets for customer satisfaction, call quality, and sales performance.
Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge after training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication (neutral or US accent preferred).
Experience in tech support, telesales, or customer service (US process preferred).
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues (internet, device setup, software, etc.).
Strong sales skills and the ability to convert leads into customers.
Comfortable handling all types of customer personalities.
Stable high-speed internet + quiet WFH setup.
Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in US-based tech or sales campaigns
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools
