We need a sincere and meticulous individual to monitor our online sales and customer service staff and channels.
We use social media channels, whatsapp, call and emails to communicate with our customers.
Job responsibility:
1. To ensure every customer is responded to, regardless of channel
2. Ensure proper allotment, measure response times and provide training where necessary
3. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure proer and complete problem resolution whether it be logistics related or product related.
4. Supervise and execute tasks assigned for this function.
