We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Sales & Service Associate
to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting suitable products or services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
Provide accurate product/service information to customers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Process orders, service requests, and account updates
Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets
Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent communication
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
Proven experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
Comfortable working with computers and CRM software
Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
