Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to drive sales and manage client relationships for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, nurturing leads, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the end-to-end client journey from inquiry to handover and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales for residential and commercial projects.
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers and investors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business goals.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of project details, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Build and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey (booking, payments, documentation, possession, after-sales).
Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries, provide updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or in-house systems) to track leads, sales pipeline, and customer data.
Support clients with loan documentation, registration processes, and other formalities.
Handle customer escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with internal teams (marketing, finance, legal, operations, projects) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on sales performance, lead conversion, customer feedback, and collections.
Provide inputs for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to improve lead quality and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-8 years of experience in real estate sales & CRM (depending on role seniority).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
