Job Summary:



Ministry of Skin, a leading dermatological clinic in Bangalore, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through cold calls, handling client inquiries, converting leads into walk-ins, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires exceptional communication skills, proficiency in English (knowledge of Kannada is advantageous), and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation -



Conduct cold calls to prospective clients based on provided leads. Identify potential clients and generate interest in the Ministry of Skin's services.

Client Engagement -



Receive incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Explain the clinic's services, treatments, and procedures to potential clients. Build rapport with clients and address their concerns effectively.

Conversion -



Convert cold calls and inquiries into scheduled appointments and walk-ins. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and maintain a high conversion rate.

Administrative Duties -



Update client details, appointments, and interactions accurately in the software/database. Ensure all client information is kept confidential and secure.

Customer Service -



Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Handle client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Social Media Management -



Respond to all social media messages and comments promptly and professionally. Engage with followers and create a positive online presence for the Ministry of Skin.

Email Management -



Respond to all client emails in a timely and courteous manner. Ensure all client inquiries and requests are addressed effectively.

Client Relationship Management -



Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foster new connections. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

What we are looking for -



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with top-notch proficiency in English. Knowledge of the Kannada language is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle clients with professionalism and empathy. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
