Akasa Finance is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Collection Executive to join our team in Singbhum District, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and ensuring timely collections of outstanding payments. You will play a key role in promoting Akasa Finance's services while building strong relationships with clients and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the region. Promote and sell Akasa Finance's financial products and services. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Monitor payment collections and ensure timely recovery of dues. Resolve customer queries and handle any issues related to payments. Maintain accurate records of all sales and collection activities. Meet monthly sales and collection targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and collections, preferably in the financial sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Must be based in or around Singbhum District, Jharkhand. Freshers with a strong interest in finance and sales are also encouraged to apply.
