Job Description

Main Goal:



To promote and sell battery leasing plans to EV users, dealers, fleet operators, and other partners in the assigned area.

Main Responsibilities:



1. Find New Customers



Visit EV dealers and riders to explain battery leasing plans. Tell them how leasing is better than buying a battery. Share benefits like cost saving, easy swap options, and low maintenance.

2. Close Sales



Turn interested people into customers. Help them with all joining formalities (documents, forms, KYC, agreements). Achieve monthly targets for battery lease sales.

3. Build Strong Relationships



Regularly visit dealers and partners to keep good relations. Support them if they face any issues with battery swaps or payments. Make sure they are satisfied with our service.

4. Market Visits



Go to different areas regularly to increase awareness about battery leasing. Check battery swap stations and ensure everything is working properly.

5. Collect Market Info



Share what competitors are doing (offers, prices, new plans). Collect feedback from customers and partners. Suggest improvements to the team.

6. Work with Other Teams



Coordinate with the operations, service, and accounts teams. Ensure timely delivery of batteries and proper working of swap stations. Help in collecting payments and solving small complaints.

7. Reporting



Maintain a record of your daily visits, calls, and leads. Share reports with your manager regularly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
