Role Description

This is a hybrid(WFH+ 2donsite) role for a Sales & Client Servicing Executive based in Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, building and nurturing client relationships, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement process. Compensation includes a percentage-based commission component, offering additional earning potential based on performance.(clear incentive structure)

Qualifications

Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations Proficient in Customer Service and maintaining positive client experiences Proficiency in Account Management and handling client needs effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Previous experience in a sales-related or client-facing role is preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines Ability to Multitask. Requires traveling for big ticket orders.

What You Will Handle

Incoming wedding and studio enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram & calls Pitching packages convincingly Relationship building & trust creation Follow-ups and conversions Coordinating client details, payments & timelines Ensuring a warm, premium experience at every step Basic CRM updates (very simple)
Most communication is digital : Onsite work is flexible and need basis.
