About the Role
We are a leading firm in the sports and commercial flooring infrastructure industry. We are looking for a
dynamic
Sales and Client Relationship Executive to join our team.
This is not a back-office role. We are looking for a
"people person"
--someone who naturally builds trust with clients, writes exceptional emails, and takes pride in converting inquiries into confirmed projects. You will be the face of our brand to architects, corporate clients, and builders.
Main Responsibilities (Mandatory)
Lead Management:
Take full ownership of incoming leads. Your goal is to engage the client immediately, understand their needs, and keep the conversation moving until the deal is closed.
Client Communication:
Draft high-quality, professional emails and proposals. You must be able to explain complex product details simply and persuasively.
Active Follow-up:
Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule. We value persistence--ensuring no client is left waiting and no lead goes cold.
Closing Deals:
Move beyond just sending quotations. You will negotiate, handle objections, and secure the final order.
Relationship Building:
Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and smooth project execution.
We Are Looking For:
Excellent Communication:
You must have a strong command of spoken and written English. Your emails should be error-free and professional. Fluency in Hindi is required for site/vendor coordination.
Initiative & Energy:
We value team members who are proactive. You anticipate what needs to be done rather than waiting for instructions.
Professional Presentation:
You are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and representing the company in meetings.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in sales (infrastructure, interiors, or construction-related sectors preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (more languages appreciated).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Based in or willing to relocate to
Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

Familiarity with CRM tools, follow-up systems, and basic quotation formats.
