Job Title: Sales & Campaign Manager (Remote)

WiitzEnd is a youth-driven events company, building large-scale cultural, creative, and
impact experiences across India. We're expanding our outreach team and looking for
energetic professionals who can drive sales and campaign execution with passion and
ownership.
Role Type: Full-time | Remote | Contract-based
Experience Required: 1+ years in sales, business development, or campaign management
What You'll Do:
1) Drive sales for WiitzEnd's upcoming events, summits, and festivals
2) Manage end-to-end campaigns, from outreach to conversion
3) Build and maintain strong client/student/university partnerships
4) Work on performance & target-based goals
5) Collaborate with marketing/content teams for campaign execution
What We're Looking For:
6) 1+ years of relevant experience (sales, BD, partnerships, events, or campaigns)
7) Strong communication & negotiation skills
8) Self-starter who thrives in remote & dynamic environments
9) Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines

Compensation Options:
1) ?50,000 monthly stipend starting after 2 months of performance
OR
2) 6% weekly commission on closed sales (performance-based)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
