Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented
Sales & Business Development Executive
to drive revenue growth by selling our website design and digital marketing services. This role combines
online lead generation, digital outreach, sales presentations, and deal closing
.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, digital ads, and social media.
Identify potential clients in need of website redesigns or new builds.
Sales Calls & Presentations
Conduct discovery calls and pitch tailored web design and digital marketing solutions.
Understand client needs, business goals, and pain points.
Closing Deals
Develop proposals and pricing strategies based on client requirements.
Negotiate terms, close contracts, and follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Keep accurate records of leads, calls, and deals in a CRM system.
Track sales metrics and report weekly progress.
Collaboration
Work with the design and development team to align client expectations and deliverables.
Provide feedback on market trends and client needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales, business development, or digital marketing
(agency or freelance experience a plus).
Strong understanding of
website design, SEO, and online marketing concepts
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with tools like
CRM, Zoom, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, etc.
Preferred:
Experience selling services in the digital/creative/tech space.
Understanding of small business and startup needs.
Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
