Job Description

Our company is a new company of cosmetic products,,we are seeking a sales manager capable of leading a marketing team for all kerala. ASM must be able to Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Lead, train, and manage a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives, including setting sales targets and monitoring performance. Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, to promote product awareness. Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance. Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences. Negotiate contracts with pharmacies and healthcare facilities to secure product listings and favorable terms. Oversee inventory levels and distribution logistics to ensure product availability aligns with sales strategies. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
