Role Overview:
We are looking for banking sector experienced candidates
As a Sales & Business Development Executive you will be responsible for acquiring and managing High
Net Worth Individual (HNI) and corporate clients for investment and wealth management products. The
role involves proactive client acquisition through cold calling, field visits, and relationship management,
with a focus on delivering customized investment solutions and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
? Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation, networking, and field sales
activities.
? Present and promote Jones Asset Management's wealth and logistic investment
products to HNI clients.
? Conduct client meetings, portfolio discussions, and financial planning sessions.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on client satisfaction and
retention.
? Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust and consistent
follow-up.
? Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and financial products to provide
accurate client advisory.
? Collaborate with the operations and research teams for seamless client onboarding and
investment execution.
? Participate in business events, seminars, and client engagement activities to strengthen
the brand presence.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Good experience on wealth management.
Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, or business development.
Knowledge of wealth management, mutual funds, and investment products.
Ability to handle HNI clients with professionalism and discretion.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales and cold calling.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
o 2-5 years of experience in wealth management, banking, investment, or financial
services preferred.
o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
