Coordinate and deliver compelling product presentations with the help of the pre-sales or product team.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
Sales Presentations:
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of digital products and services.
Sales Funnel Management:
Maintain an up-to-date CRM, track progress, follow up diligently, and close deals.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the SaaS landscape relevant to the Indian market.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.
