Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales and Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to generate and qualify leads, engage effectively with clients, and drive business growth. Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads. Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking platforms. Present company offerings and tailor solutions based on client needs. Coordinate meetings, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement delivery. Track sales pipeline and report progress regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:



Any Bachelor's degree (preferably in

Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

) Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
