About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected
Sales and Business Development Representative
to spearhead our expansion in the bustling Mumbai market. You will be the face of our company, tasked with leveraging your existing network to forge strong partnerships, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This is a crucial role for an ambitious self-starter who is passionate about the built environment and has a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new clients by leveraging your established network of
Architects, Civil Engineering Companies, Interior Designers, General Contractors, and Real Estate Companies
.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Develop and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.
Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of our services (BIM, MEP Drafting, 3D Modelling, etc.), aligning them with client needs and project requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, technical proposals, and commercial quotes.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and business development objectives.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the Indian AEC and Real Estate sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Mandatory Location:
You
must be currently based in Mumbai
and have a deep understanding of the local market.
Essential Network:
You must possess a proven, extensive, and active network of contacts within the community of Architects, Engineering Companies, Real Estate Developers, and AEC industry in India. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
Industry Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, mandatorily within the construction, architectural, or engineering services domain.
Technical Acumen:
A
basic but solid understanding of Civil, Architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works
is essential to effectively communicate our service offerings.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is highly preferred.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets.
Strong business acumen and a strategic approach to building a sales pipeline.
